Design
Planning events is not only logistically daunting, but holds a human component that goes unknown until you immerse yourself within in. From financial expectations when planning a fundraising gala to the fears of a wedding where families are coming together for the first time; each event has emotional landmines we have learned how to help our client navigate. Every member of our team is trained on the psychology of events to ease nerves and walk our clients through the nuances of these stress inducing moments. We are advocates for the mental health landscape and know that every event has challenges that we are equipped to work with our clients to navigate.
Emotion
We are so proud of the amazing team of assistants that support Rachel and Tabitha on wedding days. We carry an armed group of amazing support to help guide guests, family, and friends throughout the magic that we have planned together with our clients. All of our Planning experiences include event execution and guidance from schedules, floor plans, venue load in, and creating the vision with our partners. Our Destination Events include managing all freight and decor to their final destination alongside mitigating the nuances of cultural and financial changes across Europe and Central Mexico. We know the customs and traditions of each of our Destinations to equip our team for a successful and amazing event day!
