We offer multiple personalized packages to fit the needs of all of our planning clients. We understand that all clients  have a various levels of assistance needed and time to spend planning their wedding,  social, or corporate event and we will work with you to build the best package to fit with your overall needs.  We appreciate the challenge of a new event when brought on with clients, and promise to give it our all to create something that is truly special and one of a kind.


We offer Full, Partial, and Ultimate Planning options. With all of our planning packages we offer assistance with:

  • Designing the overall feel and look of the wedding
  • Rehearsal Coordination with your bridal party and family
  • Choosing the best vendors for the personality, style, and look of the wedding

The Ultimate Package is all encompassing and provides planner assistance with not only the wedding day needs but also weekend events such as Rehearsal Dinner, Brunch, and Guest Activities. We cover all vendors needed to produce a successful and amazing event from start to finish over the course of the weekend.

The Full Planning Package is ideal for clients who need guidance and assistance for prepping for their wedding day. We work with you to navigate the waters of choosing all of the vendors for the big day as well as assisting with coordinating invitations, responses, and planning out the fine details.

The Partial Planning Package is for those who want more control over the event process, and/or have the time to manage more planning tasks. Typically this is the package that is the most customizable, with clients building the package that suits them the best. We start by building a foundation of vendors, then clients take over the planning process while we give advice, referrals, and input with smaller vendor selections.

The Coordination Packages are the ideal option for the client who has done all the work and is ready to relax and party. This package is built for not only our clients but their friends and family. We want to make sure that everyone is able to enjoy the event and that we are the point of contact for all vendors needs. We keep everything on time, running smoothly and stress free!! Our Coordination package includes:

  • Orchestrating vendor walk through one month prior to wedding
  • Collaboration with vendors on floor plans, setup, and time lines
  • Being the point of contact for vendors and family on wedding day
  • Coordinating your rehearsal before the big day
  • Unlimited hours with our Coordinator and assistant on the wedding day


At Roberts & Co. Events we love a great party, which is why we love assisting in planning private social events! From baby and bridal showers, to Mitzvahs and sweet sixteen’s we come together to bring fun innovative parties to life. We work with clients to pull together a great team to bring the party to life and then execute the vision into reality.


We have experience working with all levels of corporate clients. We appreciate the challenge of small projects such as board meetings to large style events such as retreats and galas. We will work with our clients to develop and manage a budget, timeline, and logistics throughout the planning process; as well as be onsite for the execution of the event and vendor management.
